Academic Qualification: 10+2 (with Physics & Maths) from a recognized Board or University.
Upper Age Limit: 45 years

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC candidates. Ex-servicemen will be given are relaxation as per rules.

Stipend & Salary: On joining candidates will be appointed as Frist Officer / Senior Officer on Fixed Term Employment Agreement (FTEA) for a period of 5 years, extendable for another 5 years subject to satisfactory performance.

First Officer: During training, Frist Officer shall be paid a stipend of Rs.25000/- per month and Rs.75000/- on commencement of SLF on a pro-rata basis.

Full salary will be paid of Rs.2,12,000/- per month from the date of release as P2 for active flying duties for 70 hours of flying.

>> Senior Frist Officer: During training Senior Frist Officer salary would be paid of Rs.2,56,000/- per month. On release Co-Pilot, for active flying duties, Senior Frist Officer will be paid a salary of Rs.3,35,000/- per month for 70 hours of flying.
