Children's Day Celebration at University of Lucknow's Department of Zoology
 

The Head of the Department, Prof. M. Serajuddin, opened the celebration with motivational poetry and shayari, delivering verses that captivated and encouraged the students. Prof. Amita Kanaujiya followed with a heartfelt song performance, adding warmth and melody to the event. Prof. Geetanjali Mishra further enlivened the celebration by performing animated rhymes, capturing the playful spirit of the day.

Prof. Monisha Banerjee contributed to the celebrations, engaging with the students and adding to the positive atmosphere.

Dr. Kalpana Singh, who served as the emcee, guided the event with flair, blending shayari, poetry, and songs that kept the audience enthralled. Dr. Suchit Swaroop and Dr. Arjita Yadav energized the audience with their lively dance performance, adding an element of fun and celebration.

The event also featured the support and presence of other distinguished faculty members, including Dr. Amit Tripathi, Dr. Ashutosh Ranjan, Dr. Nitish Rai, Dr. Nidhi Mishra, and Dr. Tripti Yadav, all of whom contributed to making the Children’s Day celebration a memorable experience for the students.

The department also gifted a token of love in the form of stationery packets to all the students and arranged for them the snacks and tea. The festivities in the Department of Zoology highlighted the commitment of the faculty to create an engaging and supportive environment, fostering a strong sense of community and joy among students at the University of Lucknow.
