Lucknow। On April 18, 2023, the Goel Institute of Technology & Management in Lucknow hosted the Rhythm Divine-23 festival of art and culture, culminating in a cultural art experience of divine communion at the newly constructed open-air theatre of the institute. The program started on April 17, 2023, at the institute's pride, the "Goelplex," with a formal inauguration by the Chairman of the Goel Group of Institutes, Er. Mahesh Goel. The institute's director, Dr Rishi Asthana, who was also the host & the president of the cultural committee presided over the event. The impressive presence of the Directors, Principals, Deans, and Department Heads made the occasion even more special.

On April 17, 2023, we celebrated "Bollywood Day", where students portrayed themselves as Bollywood characters with students showcasing their skills in dance, music, and short plays.

A program was organized on the theme of "Avadhi Twilight" at the Open Air Theater's huge arena on April 18, 2023. All Directors of various colleges of Goel Group, Principals, Training & Placement Director, Chief Proctor, etc. were honoured by the Guest of Honor for their contributions to the Goel Group. The Deputy Chief Proctor and heads of all departments of the Goel Institute of Technology & Management and other faculty members graced the program with their presence.

In the cultural program, the students of each branch of the Goel Institute showcased the all-encompassing culture of various states of India. The Electrical branch showcased Rajasthan's culture, dance and special features, where they were awarded the first prize.

At the same time, the Computer Science department showcased the Punjabi culture of Punjab. Similarly, Biotech introduced the culture of Tamil Nadu, a southern state in India. The Mechanical branch presented the cultural description of Maharashtra, and the Civil branch described the culture of Bihar. Gujarat culture was depicted by the IT department & in the last MBA represented the culture & traditions of Uttar Pradesh for which they bagged the Runner-up trophy. The students presented a glimpse of the state's traditional dance styles, cuisine, and way of life.

In the ramp walk, Mr and Ms Rhythm Divine Vilayat Ali Naqvi and Sadaf Sajid (from the Department of Management) were the first, while in B.Tech, Mr Ritik Saini and Ms Ananya Joshi were the first.

Additionally, Mr Nawab Mohammad Hamza and Miss Najakat Juveriya Inam were the first in the Mr. and Miss Ramp Walk category, while in B.Tech, Mr Nawab was given to Aman Singh and Miss Najakat was given to Niharika Tiwari.

The event continued with the Prize Distribution ceremony, which awarded the winners of various competitions and recognized the Best Faculties. The event concluded with a DJ dance and dinner, which provided a perfect end to the memorable two-day event.

The enthusiasm and energy of the students were at an all-time high, making the event even more exciting. The event showcased the diverse talents and skills of the students and highlighted the institute's commitment to fostering creativity and innovation among its students.

Overall, "Rhythm Divine 2023" was a resounding success, and everyone who attended is already looking forward to next year's event.
