 Lucknow: Integral University's Department of Humanities & Social Sciences proudly concludes the International Workshop on Psychotherapeutic Modalities, held from May 1st to 3rd, 2024. The event, blending in-person and virtual sessions, offered attendees rich insights and practical experiences in the realm of psychotherapy. The workshop showcased an array of technical sessions led by distinguished experts, delving into various psychotherapeutic modalities such as Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.
