Lucknow, December 6, 2024: Integral University, in collaboration with Integral Startups Foundation, proudly hosted the Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp, an initiative organized in partnership with the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), AICTE, Department of School Education & Literacy (DoSEL), Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), and National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Government of India.
The event aimed to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among educators and witnessed participation from 200 principals and teachers from PM Shri Schools. The university extended heartfelt gratitude to StartInUP, Government of Uttar Pradesh, for their unwavering collaboration and support in making this event a success.
In the inaugural session, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Javed Masarrat lauded the participants, emphasizing that the event reflects Integral University’s steadfast commitment to empowering individuals through innovative learning experiences that drive societal progress and industrial transformation.
Delivering the keynote address, Hon’ble Chief Guest Mr. Ravi Ranjan, IAS, Managing Director of Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation, underlined the vital role of innovation and entrepreneurship in reshaping the education landscape. Guest of Honor Shri Vishnu Kant Pandey, ASPD, Samagra Shiksha, Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, highlighted the government’s focus on instilling a grassroots-level culture of innovation. Mr. Madan Mohan Sharan Singh, Indovation Manager, MIC, further elaborated on the transformative impact of startups and entrepreneurial thinking in education.
Prof. Mohammad Haris Siddiqui, Registrar, Integral University, provided a comprehensive overview of the university’s legacy of academic excellence and commitment to fostering innovation.
Dr. Nida Fatima, Executive Director of Integral Startups Foundation (ISF), extended a warm welcome to the esteemed guests and participants, setting the tone for the day’s proceedings. She highlighted how ISF, the incubation center of Integral University recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, is fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through its holistic support ecosystem. This approach has enabled its startups to achieve remarkable success.
The inauguration of the IDE Bootcamp marks a significant step toward empowering educators to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship among students, laying the foundation for a progressive and dynamic education system.
