Haemovigilance in transfusion to improve patient safety", was covered by Dr. Subrat Chandra, guiding us about the safety protocol during transfusion."Diagnostic errors meeting the challenges" was covered by Shamrendra Narayan pointing out the common errors happening during routine duty and how to overcome those errors Mr Roshan James shared insights on newer techniques in Toxicology Testing.
Dr Richa Choudhary talked on the importance of Toxicovigilance and its importance in Indian scenario highlighting the various toxic cosmetics and toxic foods being consumed by the community in the present times World Patient Safety Day, observed on September 17th, is a global initiative led by the World Health Organization (WHO) to raise awareness and take action to prevent harm in healthcare.
