Australia vs Pakistan, 1st T20I: The first T20I between Australia and Pakistan was played at The Gabba, Brisbane from 6 o'clock. Rain started before the match started, due to which the match was played for seven overs.

After Glenn Maxwell's stormy batting, Australia embarrassed Pakistan in the first T20 match with the deadly bowling of Xavier Bartlett and Nathan Ellis.In the rain-affected first T20 match, Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan won the toss and decided to bowl first, but his decision became the reason for the team's defeat.
