Fans Give Back with a Heartfelt Gesture

The celebration didn’t stop at dance. In a touching moment, fans presented Sharvari with a small but meaningful anniversary gift for the film—a token of gratitude for how Munjya impacted them. The event concluded with a cheerful photo session, sealing the day with memories and smiles.

Sharvari Reflects on Munjya’s Journey

Looking back on the film's success, Sharvari shared:“It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Munjya hit the screens. Playing Bela was creatively enriching, but what truly amazed me was the audience’s love for ‘Taras’. As a newcomer, being trusted with such a grand dance number by someone like Dinesh Vijan sir was a dream. Usually, only seasoned stars get that opportunity, so this felt like a huge vote of confidence in me.”

Embracing Folklore, Breaking Ground

Sharvari also opened up about the cultural roots of the film and its technical innovation:“Being Maharashtrian, I’ve grown up hearing stories about Munjya. But when I read the script, the imagination and detailing blew me away. What made it even more special was knowing that Munjya was India’s first CGI-led character. We had no visual references—we had to trust our instincts, imagine every beat, and react accordingly.”

She added:“The moment I knew Aditya Sarpotdar sir was directing, I was in. We shot across the Konkan belt—his knowledge of the local culture, food, language, and people was truly inspiring. It brought authenticity to the project and helped us all perform better.”

A Celebration Straight from the Heart

Reflecting on the fan event, Sharvari said:“Seeing Munjya cross ₹100 crore and still be loved after a year is surreal. Walking into that dance workshop and watching fans light up was one of those full-heart moments that remind you why we do what we do. Dancing with them, receiving their love, and sharing that beautiful gift made this celebration unforgettable.”
