Lucknow | January 2026: In a decisive stride toward global academic excellence and innovation leadership, the Integral Startups Foundation (ISF), Integral University, Lucknow, has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Clupea Inc., South Korea, marking a significant milestone in international collaboration across research, innovation, technology commercialization, and startup ecosystem development.
Further strengthening this strategic Indo–Korean partnership, ISF has also incubated Clupea India Private Limited, underscoring the depth, continuity, and long-term vision of the collaboration.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Nida Fatima, Additional Pro Chancellor, Integral University, and Executive Director, ISF, articulated the strategic intent behind the MoU. She emphasized that the partnership is designed to deliver long-term, transformative outcomes, fostering translational research, industry-driven innovation, and global exposure for students, researchers, and startups. The collaboration, she noted, will play a critical role in bridging the gap between academic discovery and real-world application, enabling research to move from laboratories to markets.
Enriching the occasion with thought leadership, an Expert Lecture titled “Hypothesis to Impact: Rethinking Research Beyond Papers” was delivered by Dr. Mohammad Hassan Baig, Chief Technical Officer (CTO), BNJ Biopharma Inc., South Korea. Held on January 27, 2026, the session inspired participants to look beyond traditional research outputs and focus on scalable, market-ready solutions, demonstrating how scientific hypotheses can be transformed into impactful, commercially viable innovations.
