CSIR-NBRI and Integral University Lucknow Forge Strategic Partnership with a 3-Year Memorandum of Understanding

 

Lucknow, 13 December 2023– In a remarkable development, CSIR-NBRI (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - National Botanical Research Institute) and Integral University Lucknow have officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a three-year duration. This historic collaboration, marked by the signing ceremony at Integral University Lucknow, was attended by prominent figures, including Prof. Syed Waseem Akhtar, Chancellor IU; Dr. Syed Nadeem Akhtar, Pro-Chancellor IU; Syed M. Fauzan Akhtar, Executive Director IIMSR, and Deans and Directors from various faculties. Prof. Haris Siddiqui, Registrar IU and Dr Manish S Bhoyar, senior scientist NBRI-CSIR were the witness and Dr M.Atif Siddiqui  coordinator MoU Cell  IU were also present in this prestigious event.

Recognizing the paramount importance of a robust connection between national laboratories and universities in the realm of research and academic endeavors, this strategic alliance aims to bridge the gap and enhance synergy between the scientific community and the academic sphere.
The MoU signing ceremony took place on 13 December at Integral University with representatives from both CSIR-NBRI and Integral University Lucknow present to mark the occasion. This collaboration is poised to pave the way for joint research initiatives, knowledge exchange programs, and collaborative academic pursuits.
