Lucknow। Every day, teenagers make important decisions that are relevant to their future. The time and energy they dedicate to learning and the fields of study where they place their greatest efforts profoundly shape the opportunities they will have throughout their lives. Considering it as a gospel truth Seth M.R Jaipuria, Goel Campus in collaboration with Zeba International Educational Scholarbird methodized a "Career Fair" on 1 May. The programme was graced by Dr.Ammar Rizvi Mohammed Former Acting Chief Minister, Mahesh Agarwal Chairman Goel Group Of Institutions,  Zeba Praveen Founder Director of 'ZIES', Dr. Rina Pathak Principal Seth M.R Jaipuria,Goel Campus and Principals of eminent schools of Lucknow The event was blessed with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest as well as the enthusiastic participants. Dr.Ammar Rizvi Mohammed Former Acting Chief Minister in his inaugural speech quoted the line of Desiderius Erasmus Roterodamus "The main hope of a nation lies in the proper education of its youth" and congratulated the school for organising the "Career Fair " for the students. Adding to the gracious moment was the speech of Mahesh Agarwal Chairman Goel Group Of Institutions who quoted - Sydney J. Harris "The whole purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows." Being a productive member of society is a fundamental need of all people and is especially important for youth, as they strive to transition towards an independent life through decent work. As many are often unaware of their own interests, strengths and weaknesses this " Career Fair " would act as an empiricism for the students.

The program was designed to enable students of Grade 10-12 and graduates to join the work force right after high school by enrolling to the track they aimed to take and to prepare themselves for those who want to go on higher education. It served as a stepping stone to make the learners competitive globally. It was a start for a brighter future, and one way to make a living. This "Career Fair" provided opportunities to the students to connect with domestic and international candidates who possessed cross- cultural skills, global perspectives and language proficiency to fill your paid full-time, part- time and internship positions in and around the globe. More than 800 to 1000 students interacted with the representatives from universities from several countries, including Australia, Canada, Dubai, India, Scotland, Switzerland, UK and the USA..

The Principal Dr. Rina Pathak in her conclusion speech stated that success is more

likely when individuals make decisions about what they are to learn in a well-informed manner; link what they learned to their interests, capacities, aspirations, and are then informed about the existing opportunities to which the learning can guide. A plethora of options awaits students as they get ready to finish their schooling, much more than ever before. There are a wide range of courses to choose from, careers to aspire for, and areas of interest to delve into.
