24th National Rail Transport Seminar organizes  by CTRAM in New Delhi

New Delhi today. A detailed discussion was held on the topic on the various aspects including “It is important to put the customer at the core in efforts to increase rail share, to understand their needs, preferences and pin points the various aspects, which will lead to more sustainable and user centric solutions” and its important points were highlighted.

The seminar was presided over by Smt. Seema Kumar, Member (Operations & Business Development), Railway Board. Senior officials of all the regional railways and Railway Board associated with the organization also participated in the seminar. In the second session of the seminar, Smt. Jaya Verma Sinha, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Railway Board in her address shared her views and experiences with the present members and participants in the seminar..
