Airtel Launches India’s First Fully-Managed Zero Trust Security Platform for Hybrid Workforces
The newly introduced platform offers a comprehensive, compliance-ready cybersecurity framework that safeguards enterprise users, devices, applications, networks, and data through an integrated security ecosystem. Backed by Airtel’s nationwide network infrastructure and round-the-clock expert monitoring services, the solution is expected to help organizations strengthen security while reducing operational complexity and costs.
According to the company, the platform has been developed in response to the growing scale and sophistication of cyberattacks globally, with more than two million cybersecurity incidents reportedly recorded during 2025 alone. Airtel Secure Workforce has been built to support compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and includes features such as audit-grade logs, data movement controls, structured incident response workflows, and centralized visibility across enterprise environments.
Speaking on the launch, Sharat Sinha said enterprises today are facing mounting pressure to secure users and endpoints against highly targeted AI-driven threats. He noted that Airtel Secure Workforce combines secure connectivity with managed security services and continuous expert vigilance, enabling businesses to focus on growth while maintaining strong cybersecurity standards.
Designed on a resilient Zero Trust framework, the platform addresses major enterprise challenges such as fragmented security tools, alert fatigue, and shortage of cybersecurity talent. By replacing multi-vendor deployments with a unified security stack, Airtel Secure Workforce enhances endpoint detection, secure remote access, and overall protection across digital touchpoints.
The company claims the platform can help enterprises optimize their cybersecurity spending by up to 30 percent while improving operational efficiency and governance. The unified dashboard enables organizations to monitor users, endpoints, applications, networks, and data from a single interface, while also identifying unauthorized cloud and AI applications.
As part of the rollout, Airtel Business has also introduced the Airtel Secure Workforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) — a live demonstration environment hosted on Airtel Cloud that allows enterprises to experience and evaluate the platform before deployment at scale.
