Airtel Partners with YouTube to Bring Premium Entertainment to Prepaid Customers
Lucknow, October 26, 2026: Bharti Airtel has partnered with YouTube to offer YouTube Premium to its prepaid customers, expanding its digital entertainment portfolio with an enhanced viewing and music-listening experience. The partnership brings benefits such as an ad-free YouTube experience*, including Shorts, background play, offline downloads and YouTube Music Premium, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
As mobile data increasingly becomes a gateway to entertainment, customers are using their smartphones to watch shows and movies, follow creators, listen to music and discover new content. Airtel's latest offering aims to address these evolving consumption habits by bringing premium digital entertainment together with mobile data in an affordable bundle.
YouTube Premium Joins Airtel's Entertainment Portfolio
With the addition of YouTube Premium, Airtel is strengthening its prepaid entertainment offering, which already includes access to Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5 Premium, SonyLIV and more than 18 other OTT platforms.
The benefit is available through Airtel's ₹200 OTT top-up, which also provides an additional 30GB of data. The bundle brings together multiple forms of digital entertainment, from streaming movies and shows to watching creator content and listening to music.
The partnership reflects Airtel's continued focus on developing offerings that go beyond connectivity by combining data, premium entertainment and digital services to deliver greater everyday value to customers.
How Airtel Prepaid Customers Can Claim the Benefit
The ₹200 OTT top-up is available to Airtel prepaid customers with an active recharge and can be used across existing prepaid plans.
After purchasing the top-up, customers can claim their YouTube Premium benefit through the ‘Rewards & OTTs’ section of the Airtel App.
The entertainment benefits will remain valid until the expiry of the top-up's 28-day validity. Customers who wish to continue using the benefit can purchase the top-up again and reclaim YouTube Premium, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
With this partnership, Airtel aims to make premium digital entertainment more accessible to prepaid users by combining their everyday connectivity needs with a wider range of content and music experiences.
