CM Yogi inaugurates Magh Mela Service App in Prayagraj
Prayagraj, January . To enhance facilities for devotees visiting the Magh Mela, the Mela administration has introduced several innovative initiatives this year. One of the key additions is the Magh Mela Service App, which was inaugurated on Saturday by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath during his visit to the Mela area in Prayagraj.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reviewed preparations for the upcoming Snan festivals of the ongoing Magh Mela and held a review meeting with officials and public representatives. During this meeting, he formally launched the Magh Mela Service App aimed at providing digital assistance and guidance to pilgrims.

Through this app, devotees and tourists visiting the Magh Mela will be able to access various services digitally and directly communicate with the Mela administration regarding any issues they face.Mela Officer Rishiraj said that the app has been designed to allow any devotee or visitor, from anywhere within the Mela area, to inform the administration about their problems easily. “Once the complaint is received, teams from the concerned departments of the Mela administration will take immediate action to resolve it,” he said.

To make the system more accessible, QR codes have been installed on all electricity poles across the Mela area. By scanning these QR codes, devotees can fill out a form detailing their problem and submit it directly to the administration.

This digital grievance-redressal facility has been introduced for the first time in the history of the Magh Mela, marking a significant step toward smart and responsive governance during large religious gatherings.
