Fiesta 2026 Begins at Integral University with Grandeur and Vibrant Celebrations
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the Hon’ble Chancellor and Founder, Prof. S. W. Akhtar, who presided over the event as Chief Patron and Chief Guest. Madam Chancellor Mrs. Azra Waseem, Co-Founder of Integral University, attended the ceremony as the Guest of Honour. The occasion was further dignified by the presence of Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Dr. Syed Nadeem Akhtar, Additional Pro-Chancellors Mr. Syed Fauzan Akhtar, Mr. Syed Adnan Akhtar, and Dr. Nida Fatima, along with Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Javed Musarrat, Chief Advisor to the Hon’ble Chancellor Prof. Furqan Qamar, and Registrar Prof. Mohammad Haris Siddiqui.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. S. W. Akhtar congratulated the students and faculty for their efforts in organizing Fiesta 2026. He highlighted the vital role of cultural and literary activities in nurturing confident, creative, and socially responsible individuals. Emphasizing the university’s vision of holistic education, he noted that such platforms enable students to explore their potential beyond academics. He also stressed the values of equality, inclusiveness, non-discrimination, and social harmony, urging students to respect diversity and contribute towards building a peaceful and cohesive society.

Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Javed Musarrat, in his address, shared his vision for Fiesta 2026 and its significance in promoting all-round student development. Quoting the inspirational words of Swami Vivekananda—“Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached”, he encouraged students to remain focused, disciplined, and determined in pursuing their aspirations. He reaffirmed the university’s commitment to excellence in academics, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities while celebrating unity in diversity.

Fiesta 2026 is designed as a vibrant platform for students to exhibit their artistic, literary, and cultural talents while fostering creativity, unity, and excellence. With active participation from the university community and invited guests, the festival promises to be a memorable and enriching experience for all. The programme was convened by Prof. Monowar Alam Khalid, Dean, Students’ Welfare.
