Genpact- AISECT launches skill building programme at Study Hall College
Lucknow desk (R L Pandey): On Wednesday, Genpact, in collaboration with AISECT (All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology), launched its Skill Build Programme, at Study Hall College to equip students with vital employability skills. The aim of this program is to provide students with employability skills and prepare them to meet industry requirements.


On this occasion, Mr. Vivek Kumar Sharma (Site Leader, Genpact), Mr. Liaqat Kokhar (Zonal Head, AISECT), Mr. Amit Pandey (RM, AISECT), and Mr. Rajkumar (Senior Manager, AISECT) addressed the students. All the speakers emphasized the importance of skill-based education and explained how this program will help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry demands.


Under this program, students will undergo 350 hours of training specifically designed for jobs in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors, including: Finance and Accounting, Financial Services (KYC), Insurance, Contact Center – Customer Service (Voice/Non-Voice) In addition, 60 hours of soft skills and employability training will also be provided, enabling students to better align themselves with industry needs.


Dr. Himanshu Singh, Director of Study Hall College, said, “This training will not only enhance students’ professional reputation but also help them gain recognition in the industry. Additionally, it will provide them with internship and practical experience opportunities, strengthening their career prospects.”
