Lucknow, July 7, 2026: Goel Institute of Technology & Management (GITM), Lucknow, has once again reaffirmed its position as one of the leading engineering institutions in Uttar Pradesh by delivering an outstanding performance at the 24th Convocation Ceremony of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU).

Marking an extraordinary milestone, GITM students have secured top positions in the AKTU Merit List for the fifth consecutive year, reflecting the institute's unwavering commitment to academic excellence and quality technical education.
The prestigious convocation ceremony was held at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Multi-Purpose Auditorium in the distinguished presence of the Hon'ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh and Chancellor of AKTU, Smt.

Anandiben Patel, and Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Jai Prakash Pandey. The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri Arvinder Singh Sahney, Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Special Guest Shri Ashish Patel, Minister for Technical Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and Shri M. K. Sundaram, Technical Education Secretary.
