IMS, University of Lucknow organised special lecture on "HOW TO THINK AND ACT IN MANAGERIAL WAYS"

Professor Ashish Bajpai, Director, Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Banaras Hindu University was the keynote speaker in seminar hall of IMS. The program started with lightening of lamp ceremony and reciting kulgeet. OSD, IMS, Professor Vineeta Kacher welcomed the chief guest and presented momento.

He explained about how to act in managerial way. He emphasized upon thoughts, thought process, action, habit, Action lead to habits, habit leads to character, management is associated with objectives, managers quality can be enhanced.  He explained about reason for goals, eligibility that a manager should have are skills, technical skills, communication skills, visionary thoughts and think twice before doing. The program was attended by faculty members of IMS and students of management in new campus, University of Lucknow. The students were highly motivated. Dr. Aarti gave vote of thanks and appreciated the lecture.
