Instructed to ensure the safety of the citizens of Uttar Pradesh and protect important establishments of the state.

    1.    Security of all critical infrastructure and vital installations falling under the jurisdiction need to be enhanced and upgraded 
    2.    Mock  drills of Internal security scheme needs to be rehearsed with proper briefing and debriefing.
    3.    All Police infrastructure including police lines , offices , depots needs to be secured and resource audit to be done .
    4.    Enhance access controls to important infrastructure and installations . Coordination with the agencies and units concerned by senior police officers .
    5.    Railways ,highways movement of army convoys, Railway bridges ,ATF fuel movement for Airforce  to be facilitated in coordination with army / Air Force officers 
    6.    Communally sensitive districts to be on higher alert and deployment in sensitive hot spots .
    7.    Major oil pipelines , communication lines ( Towers , OFC cable lines), water supply lines and storage, electricity sub stations ,thermal power plants need to be protected .
    8.    Intelligence collection and protection of notified prohibited places  from enemy sabotage and information leak.
    9.    Social media platforms to be 24.7 monitored and quick response on rumor mongering  and Misinformation.
    10.    District control rooms to be on high alert and 112 vehicles to be deployed on strategic places .

11.    Senior officers to be proactive and coordinate with District administration, Civil defence , Army , Airforce and all stakeholders.
12. Police war instructions to be briefed to all concerned by senior officers .
13. Enhanced vigilance on Nepal border in coordination with all security agencies.
