Lucknow November 7–8, 2025 : Integral University, Lucknow Integral Business School (IBS), Integral University, in association with the Faculty of Architecture, Planning, and Design, successfully organized its First Business Leaders Conclave — a two-day event celebrating leadership, innovation, and collaboration across academia, government, and industry.
The conclave brought together an impressive lineup of academicians, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to explore emerging ideas shaping the future of business, technology, and education.
Inaugural Session Sets an Inspiring Tone
The event commenced with an inaugural session at the University Auditorium in the presence of distinguished dignitaries — Prof. S. W. Akhtar, Founder and Chancellor, Integral University; Mr. Jai Kumar Agarwal, Managing Director, Gyan Dairy & Guest of Honour; Dr. Syed Nadeem Akhtar, Pro-Chancellor; Mr. Syed Adnan Akhtar, Additional Pro-Chancellor; Prof. Javed Musarrat, Vice-Chancellor; and Prof. Furqan Qamar, Chief Advisor to the Chancellor.
The opening ceremony set a powerful tone for the conclave, emphasizing the importance of thought leadership and collaboration in driving transformative change.
Insightful Dialogues on Policy, Technology, and Innovation
The first session, “Bureaucrat’s Viewpoints on Consultocracy – The Government Perspective,” featured engaging discussions led by eminent bureaucrats and policy experts including Mr. Alok Ranjan, IAS (Retd.), Former Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh; Mr. Bhaskar Singh, Political Strategy Expert; Mr. J. K. Dadoo, Senior Advisor & Business Consultant; Mr. Nixon Joseph, Executive Director, Devi Sansthanam; and Ms. Pooja Raman, Budget Officer, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The panel shed light on governance models and the growing role of consultation-driven policymaking.
The academic session on “Generative AI Adoption in Education” brought together thought leaders such as Prof. Abhishek Mishra, Academician & Politician; Prof. Javed Musarrat, Vice-Chancellor, Integral University; Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, Emeritus Professor, University College London & Chairperson, CMS Lucknow; Dr. Deepak Singh, Educator & Consultant, IIT Lucknow; and Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Dean Academics, JIM Lucknow. The panel explored how artificial intelligence is redefining learning ecosystems and pedagogical practices.
Entrepreneurship and Start-up Ecosystem in Focus
The post-lunch session featured a keynote address by Prof. Abhishek Mishra, setting the stage for the panel discussion on “Creating a Vibrant Start-up Ecosystem: VC Funding, Resource Networks, and Technology.” The session included Mr. Abhishek Tiwari (Founder & CEO, Venture Mozart), Mr. Neeraj Srivastava (MSME & Microfinance Leader, IIM Lucknow), Ms. Aparna Mishra (Founder, Women Shine Magazine & WCE), and Mr. Faiz Siddiqui (Founder, Soil Concept). Speakers emphasized the importance of innovation, investment, and entrepreneurial ecosystems in achieving sustainable economic growth.
Cultural & Intellectual Engagements
Beyond the main sessions, the conclave also featured intellectually stimulating and culturally enriching side events.
The Book Talk sessions showcased Dr. Sabeeha Fatima and Ms. Madhvi Kuckreja, followed by an interactive discussion moderated by Dr. Viveik Pandit.
Noted historian Dr. Roshan Taqui presented “Stories & Glimpses on Lucknow History,” highlighting the city’s cultural legacy.
The day concluded with the screening of the documentary “God, Human & Vulture,” offering deep reflections on ecology and human coexistence.
