Integral Business School (IBS), Integral University, successfully wrapped up the second and final day of its inaugural Business Leaders Conclave, concluding two days of thought-provoking discussions, visionary leadership, and vibrant cultural displays. The event was held under the inspiring guidance of Prof. S. W. Akhtar, Founder and Chancellor, and Mr. Syed Adnan Akhtar, Additional Pro-Chancellor, Integral University, whose commitment to academic excellence and innovation fuels the institution.

​The day kicked off with Panel Discussion 4, focused on “Bridging the Gap: Fostering Industry–Academia Collaboration to Drive Innovation and Sustainable Growth.” Esteemed panellists, including Mr. Yawer Ali Shah (Co-Founder & CEO, AMA Herbal Group), Mr. Noman Khan (Regional Director, Lulu Group), Ms. Rupam Tandon (Investment Banker & Startup Advisor), and Prof. Jyoti Bhargava (Head & Dean, National P.G. College, Lucknow), stressed the critical need for strong partnerships between educational institutions and the corporate world. The consensus was clear: such alliances are essential for nurturing innovation, upskilling the workforce, and ensuring sustainable career readiness.

​Following the panel, Prof. M.P. Gupta, Director of IIM Lucknow, delivered an insightful Keynote Address 2. He explored major trends, highlighting leadership transformation, digital innovation, and sustainability as pivotal forces reshaping the contemporary business environment.
​The momentum continued with Keynote Address 3 by Mr. Vivek Ladhani (Director, SLMG Beverages & Angel Investor). He captivated the audience by sharing his personal entrepreneurial journey and offering valuable perspectives on accelerating business growth through focused innovation and strategic investment in a constantly shifting market.

Navigating Global Challenges and Designing Resilience

​The afternoon featured two crucial panel discussions:
​Panel Discussion 5, “Business in a Fragmented World,” tackled strategies necessary for leaders to navigate and succeed amidst global volatility and complexity.
​Panel Discussion 6, “Architects’ Roundtable on Resilience by Design,” provided a deep dive into crisis-ready organizational structures and strategic management frameworks for building robust, sustainable enterprises.

​A Grand Cultural Finale

​The academic sessions gave way to a powerful documentary screening of The Brown Heart, which sparked dialogue on creativity and crucial environmental awareness.
​The evening was a spectacular celebration of culture, starting with the Fashion Show, “Aarambh: Where Tradition Meets Trends,” which blended style with rich cultural heritage. The conclave reached its melodic conclusion with Ghazal Nights, featuring the renowned singer Mr. Mohammed Vakil. His soulful performance, including the classic “Aaya Tere Dar Pe Deewana,” provided a mesmerizing and unforgettable finale to the successful two-day event.
