Integral University Celebrates International Women's Day 2025
During the inaugural address, Dr. Nida Fatima, Executive Director of Integral Startups Foundation - Center for Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development (ISF-CIED, emphasized the importance of International Women's Day and conveyed the message that leadership, competence, and capability are defined not by being male or female but by one's skills and abilities. She urged society to adopt a humanistic approach rather than focusing on gender, where individuals are valued based on their skills and abilities.
Prof. Dr. Abha Chandra from Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (IIMSR) delivered an inspirationt talk on "Unlocking the Champion Within," where she shared her struggles and achievements as a woman in the medical field. Following this, Aarti Verma, Sub-Inspector, Cyber Cell, Lucknow, shared insights on cybercrimes and digital security, raising awareness about online safety for women.
While discussing women's contributions to innovation and leadership, Vandana Sharma, Manager at UP Innovation Hub and Startup India Mentor, spoke about. the growing influence of female leadership and the contribution of government policies. Following this, Sarita Nirjhara, Founder of Manthan Foundation, held a session on "Effective Communication," highlighting its importance.
The event also featured Uzma Mansuri, Python Expert at HCLTech, who conducted a session on "Gen AI, Agentic AI & LLMs: The Future of Intelligent Automation." Additionally, Kriti Gupta, Founder and CEO of TEX-Technology Exchange, guided participants on "Empowering Your Future: Preparing for the Industry." whereas, Abhishek Sahu, Organizer of Google Developer Groups Lucknow and Senior Software Engineer, doscussed the topic "Build for the Future: Build with AI."
