Integral University Inaugurates Saudi Arabia Alumni Chapter in Riyadh
Riyadh, September 2026: Integral University, Lucknow, marked an important milestone in expanding its global alumni network with the inauguration of the Integral University Alumni Chapter – Saudi Arabia at a ceremony held at the Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh, on September 7, 2026.
The chapter was formally inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister of State for External Affairs, Government of India, Shri Kirti Vardhan Singh, in the presence of Integral University alumni from across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Addressing the gathering as the Chief Guest, Shri Kirti Vardhan Singh described the newly established alumni chapter as a potential bridge between academia and industry. He encouraged the alumni to develop meaningful partnerships and initiatives aimed at strengthening the skills and employability of India’s youth.
The Minister emphasized the important role played by Indian professionals working abroad in mentoring and preparing the next generation. He noted that alumni who have made Saudi Arabia their second home continue to carry with them the values, knowledge and learning acquired from their alma mater.
He further highlighted that such people-to-people connections play an important role in strengthening the warm and growing relationship between India and Saudi Arabia.
Prof. S. W. Akhtar conveys best wishes
Prof. S. W. Akhtar, Founder and Chancellor of Integral University, conveyed his best wishes to the newly formed chapter through a video message. He encouraged the alumni to use the knowledge and values gained from their alma mater to contribute meaningfully to society.
He also expressed confidence that the Saudi Arabia Alumni Chapter would provide a valuable platform for alumni to remain connected with the university while contributing to professional, academic and social initiatives.
Indian Ambassador and university leadership attend
The event was attended by H.E. Shri Vipul, Ambassador of India to Saudi Arabia, along with Mr. Syed Adnan Akhtar, Pro Chancellor of Integral University, and alumni representing different parts of Saudi Arabia.
The presence of distinguished guests and alumni from across the Kingdom added significance to the occasion and reflected the strong and growing global network of Integral University graduates.
