The distinguished occasion was presided over by Shri Yogendra Upadhyaya, Hon’ble Minister of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring address, he highlighted the need for holistic development through value-based education, dedication, and empowerment of students. He also spoke about the significance of Indian heritage, the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and how the youth are vital contributors to the nation’s progress. Prof. Syed Waseem Akhtar, Hon’ble Chancellor and Founder of Integral University, welcomed the incoming batch and reflected on the university’s journey, its foundational principles, and future aspirations. As the Chief Patron of the event, he emphasized the importance of character building alongside academic success. Also gracing the event was Shri Danish Azad Ansari, Hon’ble State Minister for Minority Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh, who participated as the Guest of Honour. He motivated students to take advantage of the university’s inclusive learning environment and underscored its role in providing equitable, high-quality education. Prof. Javed Mussarrat, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, addressed the gathering and spoke about Integral University’s dynamic learning ecosystem and its continued commitment to fostering innovation, research, and leadership qualities among students. Renowned academician and retired military leader Lt. Gen. Zameeruddin Shah was also present as a Special Guest. He encouraged students to remain focused on their goals and take proactive roles in contributing to national development.
