Integral University Successfully Concludes Faculty Development Programme Focused on Teaching, Research, and Communication Excellence

Lucknow, July 2025 : Integral University, Lucknow, wrapped up a comprehensive week-long Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from 5th to 10th July 2025. Organized by the Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), the FDP was themed “Enhancing Teaching, Research, and Professional Communication Skills.”
In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the programme aimed to strengthen faculty capabilities by introducing them to modern, learner-centric pedagogies, outcome-based education models, research proposal writing, AI integration in education, statistical data analysis tools, and effective academic communication strategies.
The programme saw enthusiastic participation from faculty members representing various disciplines. Sessions were conducted by renowned experts and scholars from prestigious institutions, including the University of Delhi, Aligarh Muslim University, University of Lucknow, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Jaipuria Institute of Management, and Elsevier.
The valedictory ceremony on 10th July featured several distinguished guests. Prof. Furqan Qamar, Chief Advisor to the Hon’ble Chancellor, applauded Prof. Syed Aqeel Ahmad, Director of HRDC, for his thoughtful planning and seamless execution of the programme. He also underscored the significance of such initiatives in transforming the landscape of higher education.
Dr. Faiza Abbasi, Director of MMTC-HRDC at Aligarh Muslim University, lauded the relevance of the FDP, noting its timely focus on emerging educational challenges and opportunities.
Prof. Abdur Rehman Khan, Controller of Examinations at Integral University, reiterated the institution’s steadfast commitment to academic excellence and faculty advancement.
Dr. Nida Fatima, Director of the Integral Startups Foundation, congratulated the participants and encouraged them to implement the knowledge and skills acquired during the FDP in their academic and research activities.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Zishan Raza Khan, Deputy Director of HRDC, who reaffirmed Integral University’s dedication to nurturing a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and academic excellence.
