International Yoga Day Celebration at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Goel Campus

The day commenced with a tranquil and rejuvenating yoga session led by expert instructors. The atmosphere resonated with serenity as participants immersed themselves in various asanas and breathing techniques. A live online session was also conducted for those who could not attend in person, ensuring inclusivity and broader outreach.
In his address to the gathering, Mr. Mahesh Agarwal, Chairman of Goel Group of Institutions, expressed his delight and said, “It is heartening to see our young learners embracing India’s ancient wisdom. Yoga empowers our children with focus, resilience, and emotional strength in these fast-changing times. I congratulate the school for nurturing not only academic excellence but also mental and physical wellness.”
Following this, Dr. Rina Pathak, the school Principal, addressed the audience and shared, “Yoga is not just a form of exercise but a way of life. Through initiatives like these, we strive to instill discipline, mindfulness, and a sense of balance in our students, helping them grow into well-rounded individuals.”
To further engage the students, the school also organized a quiz competition and a poster-making contest on the theme Yoga for Humanity. The poster-making and quiz competition were organized under the guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education. These creative platforms encouraged students to explore the essence of yoga in fun and meaningful ways.
The celebration concluded with a collective meditation session and a pledge to integrate yoga into daily life. The event was a true reflection of unity, wellness, and the spirit of Jaipuria.
