Lucknow University, CPC Achieves Notable Student Selections in Recent Campus Drives

Lucknow desk (R L Pandey).Under the visionary leadership of Honourable Vice-Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai, the Central Placement Cell (CPC), LUniversity of Lucknow, guided by Director, CPC, Anoop K Bhartiya, has successfully conducted a series of campus placement drives, reinforcing the university’s commitment to enhancing employability and strengthening industry-academia collaboration.
Campus Placement Drive with Allen Career Institute (March 19–20, 2025) In collaboration with Allen Career Institute, a prestigious name in the education and research sector, the Central Placement Cell organized a two-day placement drive across the Old and New Campuses for students from B.Tech., B.Pharm., M.Sc., and Ph.D. programs in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and Mathematics.
A panel of eight expert recruiters from Allen Career Institute conducted a multi-stage selection process, including Assessment Tests, Demo Sessions, and Personal Interviews, focusing on students’ core knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and teaching aptitude.
In Old Campus on March 19, 2025, A total of 28 students participated where 9 students were placed
from various stream such as Mathematics – 2, Botany – 2, Zoology – 3, Chemistry – 2 with 3.6L package per annum.
The Central Placement Cell also facilitated 2 other recruitment drives earlier this month,Placement Drives for ICICI Prudential, and Varun Beverages reflecting its consistent efforts in broadening career prospects for students across various sectors: on 10th March 2025
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Placement Drive was done where three students from MBA program were Selected namely Abdul Moen, Saurabh Dwivedi, Kartik Tiwari with 3.5 L package.
Earlier in March *Varun Beverages Placement Drive *was conducted, the names of selected candidates are Sakina Rizvi & Arshma Minai with 3.6 L package with perks.
Dr. Anoop K. Bhartiya, Director of the Central Placement Cell, congratulated all selected students for their outstanding performance and extended gratitude to all recruiting organizations. He praised the efforts of Student Coordinator for their dedication in ensuring the smooth execution of all placement activities.
Through these successful placement initiatives, the University of Lucknow continues to pave the way for student success in diverse fields — from education and social development to the corporate sector.
