Professor Alok Kumar Rai delivered a special lecture on the topic "Importance of Customer Centric Organizations in the Modern Era" to the MBA students of Institute of Management Sciences (IMS).

OSD, IMS, Professor. Vineeta Kacher welcomed the chief guest and presented momento. He explained about customers, customer centric organizations, how to improve customer service to become customer centric organization.  He interacted with the MBA students. The program was attended by the IMS  students of management in new campus, University of Lucknow. The students were highly motivated. Dr.Amitabh Roy given vote of thanks and appreciated the lecture.
