Quiz Competition at Department of Botany as a Part of Kakori Train Action Shatabdi Samaroh

Lucknow desk (R L Pandey)।As part of the Uttar Pradesh Government’s centenary celebrations of the Kakori Train Action, under the esteemed patronage of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai and under the expert guidance of Prof. Gauri Saxena, Head, Department of Botany, the Department of Botany organized a Quiz Competition on March 3, 2025.
The topic of the quiz competition was "Facts of Kakori Train Action." It was open to B.Sc., M.Sc., and research scholars. A total of 26 participants took part in the competition.
First position was secured by Ms. Samiksha Yadav (B.Sc. Semester IV).
Second position was jointly secured by Ms. Pragati Tiwari (B.Sc. Semester IV) and Ms. Apoorva Singh (M.Sc. EVS Semester II).
