SBI Lucknow Circle Celebrates 70th Foundation Day with Heartfelt CSR Initiative

Marking 70 years of dedication, service, and trust, the State Bank of India (SBI) Lucknow Circle commemorated its Foundation Day on July 1, 2025, with a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

To celebrate the milestone, Chief General Manager Shri Dipak Kumar De handed over a cheque worth ₹5 lakh, along with essential supplies such as food grains, clothing, and daily-use items, to Ummeed Sansthan in support of Matrachhaya Ashram—a shelter home in Lucknow that provides care for homeless and mentally challenged women.
Shri Harpreet Singh, representing Ummeed Sansthan, expressed sincere appreciation for SBI’s support and generous contribution. The donation will aid in enhancing the quality of life for the residents of the ashram.
The event witnessed the presence of senior officials, including General Managers, Deputy General Managers, and several SBI staff members, all of whom reaffirmed the bank’s long-standing commitment to community welfare and inclusive growth
