This year’s celebrations were aligned with the global theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” highlighting the importance of maintaining physical vitality and mental resilience as one grows older.
Renowned yoga expert Mrs. Aruna Singh led the special session. She guided the bank's employees through a series of structured yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and deep meditation techniques. Mrs. Singh emphasized how incorporating these daily practices can significantly boost physical fitness, reduce workplace stress, and foster mental clarity.
