The event was attended by more than 80 students, including B.Com., M.Com. students and research scholars, out of which 14 actively participated and presented thought-provoking arguments on the theme.
The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Ram Milan, Head of the Department of Commerce, who applauded the participants for their insightful perspectives on the role of self-reliance in nation-building. The program was coordinated by Dr. Geetika T. Kapoor and Dr. Prashant Singh, who ensured the smooth execution of the competition.
Dr. Shishir Srivastava, Assistant Professor, FAA Govt. P.G. College, Mahmudabad served as the judge for the competition. He commended the participants for their insightful arguments and innovative perspectives on how India can achieve greater self-reliance across industries and sectors.
After a closely contested competition, Shubham Dhuria emerged as the winner of the competition, impressing the judges with his articulate arguments and presentation. Abhishek Srivastava and Divya Pandey jointly secured the second position, while Anwar Sayeed, Muskan Dixit and Juhi were jointly secured third place for their exceptional performances. It was a memorable occasion that brought together bright minds, reflecting the university’s commitment to fostering academic and social responsibility among its students.
