The programmes began with floral tributes to the portraits of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, followed by prayers and the rendition of Gandhi Ji’s favourite bhajan, Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram.

Students participated enthusiastically in a range of activities, including speeches, poetry recitations, skits, drawing competitions and quizzes. Through these activities, they highlighted Mahatma Gandhi’s message of Satya and Ahimsa and Lal Bahadur Shastri’s iconic call, “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan.”

Cleanliness Drives Promote Civic Responsibility

Addressing the students, Mr. Manish Singh, Director, SKD Group of Education, said, “Gandhi Ji and Shastri Ji showed us that true greatness lies in honesty, humility and service to the nation. Our aim is to raise students who carry these values into every walk of life.”
