Lucknow: Study Hall Prep School hosted its annual Sports Day, “Tracks, Tunes & Indie Boons!”, celebrating the essence of the Indian Knowledge System through movement, rhythm, balance and joyful experiential learning.

The school’s youngest learners stole the show with a series of delightful performances and fun races. Events such as Nanhi Aawazon Ka Swagat, Tiny Twirl, Chhota Bhangra Blast, Wiggle Giggle Yoga, and the energetic Indie Stick Sprint brought vibrancy to the field.

The programme concluded with a spirited Ruby Jubilee presentation marking 40 years of Study Hall’s journey.
Rachna Sinha, Headmistress of Study Hall Prep, shared, “This year’s Sports Day theme gave our children an opportunity to explore movement in ways that are rooted in India’s cultural and traditional wisdom.
Sports Day, for us, is a celebration of confidence, creativity, and the joy of childhood.”
Dr. Urvashi Sahni, Founder & CEO of the Study Hall Educational Foundation, said, “For the last forty years, we have been working to redefine what education can be.
Our mission is to shape not just academic achievements but meaningful life outcomes — helping every child grow with confidence, agency, and purpose. At Study Hall, academic excellence and joyful learning have always complemented each other. When children learn in an environment that nurtures curiosity, happiness, and emotional well-being, they thrive — both in academics and as well-rounded individuals.
At Study Hall Prep, our strong focus on foundational and early childhood education reflects this belief, ensuring that our youngest children begin their learning journey with joy, resilience, and wonder.”
The Sports Day turned into a vibrant celebration of physical expression, community spirit, and the timeless wisdom embedded in India’s learning heritage.
