Today September 10, the event commenced with lighting of the lamp saraswati vandna dance.The event was presided over by the Chief Guest, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof.Alok kumar Rai, and Guest of Honour, Dean Faculty of Arts Prof. Arvind Mohan, both of whom highlighted the importance of cultural activities in fostering holistic student growth.

The cultural performances included poetic performances, garba dance, maithil dance, instrumental music performance, singing along with skit over tribute paying KAKORI TRAIN ACTION and Anriragging which was thought provoking.

A song by Masih Elham, Afghanistan along with others was largely welcomed.The evening also featured a stunning fashion show by Black Monarchs fashion society of the Lucknow University which showcased the creativity and talent of the students, showcasing diversity in Indian Paridhan.  Sanskritiki director Anchal Srivastava and the entire team was present.
