Lucknow, January 19.  At Cybertech Global Tel Aviv-2026—one of the world’s most prestigious cyber security platforms—India’s cyber capabilities, particularly those of Uttar Pradesh, will be showcased before the global community.

The international conference will be held in Tel Aviv, Israel, from January 26 to 28, 2026, where Uttar Pradesh’s cyber leadership will present India’s technological strength, operational experience, and innovative cyber security models on a global stage.

India Represented by Eminent Cyber Experts

Two distinguished Indian experts have been invited as Chief Mentors at the conference. These include Madhavan Unnikrishnan Nair, former National Cyber Security Coordinator of the Government of India, and Professor Triveni Singh, Asia’s renowned cyber cop from Uttar Pradesh.

Both experts will deliberate on advanced cyber security frameworks, emerging threats, and cutting-edge technologies before the world’s leading cyber scientists, policymakers, and industry leaders.

Participation from Over 20 Countries

The conference will witness participation from cyber experts representing more than 20 countries across America, Europe, and Asia, including the United States, Japan, Spain, Italy, England, Germany, Cyprus, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, Romania, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, Belgium, Latvia, Netherlands, Albania, Uruguay, Hungary, and several others.

UP’s Cyber Model Under CM Yogi Adityanath

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, cyber security has become a critical component of Uttar Pradesh’s administrative and academic framework, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and cyber resilience.

The Chief Minister has issued strict directives to counter challenges such as misuse of social media, misinformation, deepfake technology, dark web activities, cyber crime, and terror networks.

As part of this initiative, Professor Triveni Singh is spearheading the Cyber Safe Uttar Pradesh awareness campaign. At Cybertech Global Tel Aviv-2026, he will share Uttar Pradesh’s innovative cyber security initiatives and engage in international discussions on collaborative cyber security support.

Drawing from over 25 years of experience, Prof. Singh will explain how Uttar Pradesh has developed a robust and technology-driven system to combat cyber crime, financial fraud, and digital offenses under CM Yogi Adityanath’s leadership.

Simultaneously, Madhavan Unnikrishnan Nair will present India’s national cyber security framework and policy experience, highlighting best practices and strategic approaches adopted at the national level.

Netanyahu to Address the Conference

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will participate in the conference as a key speaker. High-level discussions will focus on cyber security cooperation, technology partnerships, and cyber business opportunities between India and more than 20 countries worldwide.
