War 2: Anaita Shroff Adajania on Styling NTR ‘He’s Like a Human Machine with a Mission’

Speaking about her experience working with NTR for the first time, Anaita said,“Styling NTR in War 2 was a creatively fulfilling journey. The moment he steps into a room, the energy shifts. It’s not exaggerated or performativeit’s deeply magnetic. There’s a rare stillness and strength in him that commands attention without saying a word. And then you see the subtle smile, the warmth, and the quiet confidence in the role he’s portraying. He understood his character completely from day one.”

The Idea: Rugged, Purposeful, and Grounded

On her design philosophy for the film, Anaita added,“I wanted to keep his look grounded and real, but at the same time reflect the immense strength and masculinity that he embodies. NTR has a raw, almost machine-like intensity—as if every move has a purpose. That idea shaped his entire wardrobe: think rugged leather jackets, structured silhouettes, and minimal yet powerful designs.”

Her approach was clear—no unnecessary embellishments, just clean, bold fashion that reflected the essence of a man on a mission.“The styling had to speak for the character—direct, strong, and unshakably focused. Everything about his look had to say: this is a man who means business.”

War 2: An Action Spectacle in the Making

Produced by Aditya Chopra under the YRF banner and directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 features NTR opposite Hrithik Roshan, setting the stage for an epic face-off. Kiara Advani joins them as the female lead. The film is set to hit theatres on August 14, 2025, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
