To mark International Women’s Day 2026 (#IWD2026), the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) UP HR Council, in collaboration with the Belgium Luxembourg Business Association (BLBA), organized a virtual panel discussion titled “Leading Across Borders.”

Held on 7 March 2026, the event brought together global leaders and experts to exchange insights on international leadership, cross-border collaboration, and the expanding role of women in shaping global partnerships.

Distinguished Panel of Speakers

The panel featured several prominent leaders from diverse professional backgrounds:

  • Dr. Nidhi Piplani-Kapur, Head – Symbiosis Centre for European Studies, Symbiosis Centre for International Education

  • Dimple Rawat (Retd.), Senior Director HR and Head HR at Barco

  • Shaifaly Sangal, State President, WICCI UP HR Council and Founder of Yung Minds, Bhavishya, and Woman With Wings

The session was moderated by Shefali Sewak, Vice-President of BLBA. The event was smoothly coordinated with support from Shrimi Singh and Pritika Singh.

Focus on Cross-Border Leadership

The session began with opening remarks and an introduction to BLBA, followed by a brief overview of WICCI and the moderator’s remarks that set the tone for a meaningful discussion on global leadership and collaboration.
