UNIYT CUP Memorial Cricket Tournament Commemorates Dr. Sachin Awasthi's Legacy

Lucknow desk (R L Pandey).Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS) witnessed the inauguration of the UNIYT CUP Memorial Cricket Tournament, held in memory of the late Dr. Sachin Awasthi, a pioneer and instrumental figure in developing the Department of Orthopaedics at RMLIMS.
The tournament was inaugurated by Director Prof. CM Singh, who also showcased his batting skills, much to the delight of the audience. The inaugural match was attended by Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) Dr. Ajay, Dr. Vikram, Dr. Bhuwan, Dr. Anshuman, Dr. Dinkar, Dr. Alok, Dr. Sanjeet, Dr. Vikas, Dr. Vineet, and many other faculty members, staff, and students.
The UNIYT CUP Memorial Cricket Tournament is a tribute to Dr. Sachin Awasthi's remarkable contributions to the field of orthopaedics and his dedication to RMLIMS. The tournament aims to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and camaraderie among the medical fraternity.
