Lucknow। The Department of Physiology at King George's Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, is thrilled to announce an upcoming National Conference of Physiology from 27 October 2023 to 29 October 2023. This event is a platform for the latest breakthrough research in the field of physiology. The conference will be led by distinguished individuals, including Prof. Narsingh Verma, the Organizing Chairman and Head of the Department of Physiology at KGMU, Prof. Shraddha Singh, the Scientific Chairman and Prof. Manish Bajpai as Organizing Secretary for the conference

Physiology is known as mother of all medical science and most of the Nobel prizes of medicine has gone to Physiology. When health is compromised due to sickness or injury, normal physiology is disrupted and various signs and symptoms appear and we can know about disease. The conference seeks to foster collaboration among physiologists, medical professionals, pharmaceutical experts, and related specialists, emphasizing an integrative approach to comprehend the intricate systems of the human body. This holistic perspective aims to enable individuals to maintain their health throughout their lives.

The conference will feature a diverse range of 8 workshops, including the Sleep Workshop. ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring). PFT Workshop (Pulmonary Function Testing). BERA Workshop (Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response). Yoga & Health Workshop, ANS Workshop (Autonomic Nervous System). Thromboelastography Workshop, and an Exercise Physiology Workshop. These workshops provide opportunities for hands-on learning and the exchange of knowledge in specific areas of physiology.

Key attractions of the conference include keynote lectures delivered by prominent physiologists from India. Prize and award sessions will acknowledge exceptional contributions to the field, while oral presentation will provide a platform for researchers to present their latest findings. There will be 6 symposia, 150 speakers during the conference. We have received 300 registrations from different parts of India.
